Physical Appearance and History: Very very Blue. Norn is considered physically inferior as a representative of his species and his gender by other Andorians. He was deemed unfit to join the military academy on Andoria famous for graduating into the Imperial Guard and instead turned his sights to Starfleet to have a chance at a respectable career prospect. Assigned to the USS Enterprise after the John Harrison incident and the restructuring of Starfleet in the wake of the Narada and Harrison events. With the shortage of capable officers in Starfleet Norn's career track moved early and he was promoted to a communications officer aboard the Enterprise after only a short time as ensign.
